Send Your Files
You may submit files to us using several different methods outlined below:
Please use this application when you are sending large format files to County Copy & Print Center only. You can securely upload documents to our HighTail Dropbox. Files can be up to two gigabytes each and you can upload five files at a time. Click the link above to submit your large format files. For photos, check out our online photo service at Maine Coast Photo.
Bring your job to us at 15 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, on a flash drive, CD, or DVD.
You may attach your file(s) to your e-mail. Most Internet Providers limit sending
5 megabytes or less. This might work for files less than 5 megabytes. If you have
several files, or one over 5 MB we suggest you use our
to submit your job to us as an entire folder.
We can accept files in the formats listed below. Please do not downsize or compress any files before
sending. When sending files, be sure that all fonts are embedded and linked graphics are included (do not embed graphics in the file).

Microsoft Office Professional 2003 - We do not recommend Microsoft Word files, but
will accept them. Listed above are our applications and versions
we support. If you have an earlier version we should be able to open your file with
no issues. If you have a later version you must save the file as an earlier version
or we will not be able to open your file to print it.
Graphic and Layout Requirements
All Bitmap or Line Art Images should be 600 dpi and sized at 100% in your layout
program. All Color and grayscale images should be saved at 300 dpi also sized at
100% in your layout applications. We feel these guidelines will reproduce your job
at the highest quality you have come to expect from County Copy & Print Center. If your job
is not saved with these guidelines please let us know when submitting your job.
